Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using LoyBooks, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and LoyBooks Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
2. Description of Service
LoyBooks automatically synchronises sales data from Loyverse POS to Zoho Books. This includes creating invoices, matching contacts, syncing items, recording payments, and generating credit notes for refunds — on a continuous 15-minute cycle.
3. Subscription and Payment
LoyBooks is currently offered on a single Elite plan at $29.99/month (founding rate, locked in for life for subscribers who sign up before we reach 100 clients). A 10% discount applies to annual subscriptions. A 14-day free trial is available with no credit card required.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise LoyBooks Ltd to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
4. Free Trial
Your 14-day free trial begins when you complete signup. No credit card is required to start. If you choose to continue after the trial, you will be asked to add a payment method. If you do not, access to the service will stop at the end of the trial period.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting hello@loybooks.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials with other parties.
- Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent the service.
- Use the service for any fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purpose.
- Interfere with the security or integrity of the service or its infrastructure.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of LoyBooks is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain full ownership of your business data. LoyBooks processes it only to provide the sync service on your behalf.
8. Third-Party Services
LoyBooks connects to Loyverse and Zoho Books using your authorised credentials. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Loyverse or Zoho. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms of service.
9. Limitation of Liability
LoyBooks is provided on an "as-is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LoyBooks Ltd is not liable for any data loss, sync errors, service interruptions, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. You are responsible for verifying that synced data is accurate in Zoho Books before relying on it for accounting or tax purposes.
10. Intellectual Property
All rights in the LoyBooks software, brand, and documentation are owned by LoyBooks Ltd. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service during your active subscription.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
