1. Acceptance of Terms

By using LoyBooks you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LoyBooks automatically synchronizes sales data from Loyverse POS to Zoho Books, including invoices, customers, items, payments, and refunds.

3. Subscription and Payment

Founding rates are locked in for life for the first 100 subscribers. A 10% discount applies to annual subscriptions. A 14-day free trial is available with no credit card required.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by contacting hello@loybooks.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not share credentials, reverse engineer the Service, or use it for fraudulent purposes.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all your business data.

7. Limitation of Liability

LoyBooks is provided as-is. We are not liable for data loss, sync errors, or service interruptions. You are responsible for verifying synchronized data in Zoho Books.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Service are owned by LoyBooks. You receive a limited licence to use the Service during your subscription.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and will notify you by email of material changes.
